About Building Partners Since 1973, the professionals at Building Partners Inc. have been in business to build quality projects for customers in Florida. We are family owned and operated and have 3rd and 4th generation construction experience. Our president is a Vietnam Veteran, member of the VFW and USS Providence Association. Building Partners is a full service construction company from concept to completion. We help customers develop their ideas with knowledge and experience to help the customer realize their goals. We provide answers to questions and solutions to problems. We give the customer control over the total project by approving all phases and aspects of their project from individual materials used to approval of all subcontractors, before and during the project. We can use your materials or our materials. Building Partners Inc. is a licensed general contractor that has relationships with only the best subcontractors in the area. Roger Harper Plumbing, Hales Air Conditioning, Annie's Electric, Roofing by S.E. Spicer, and RSP Services all have over 30 years experience in their respective trades. We use female owned and operated subcontractors and we are equipped to provide green materials and technologies. Additionally, Building Partners has the ability to utilize your subcontractors if desired. We have gained an excellent reputation through hard work and understanding customer's needs. We are proud that 100 percent of our customers come by word of mouth, with the exception of this website. Additionally, 30 percent of our work is from repeat customers. We do not advertize in the phone book or other advertising. We service the Tampa Bay area, however service for larger projects outside of the Tampa Bay area can be performed. We are members of:
